Solve : HOW TO CLONE VENIX PARTITION?

Can some one HELP with the following:
NEED to create an image of VENIX partition, it's an only one partition on Disk-O-Chip drive, 128Mb.

Also, almost forgot, I'm bit slow and not FAMILIAR with linux/unix commands, so if would be so kind and explian details or at list point to the good text on this subject.
