Answer» I don't have internet or the software disk and I want DIAL up. I TRIED downloading aol to a usb drive and a disk at the library but the software won't go on my computer. How do I download internet from one computer to another? Well, you can't download the internet if you don't have the internet, can you? Also, you can't download the internet in the first place. You want to use dial-up...
