Recently I installed a program which changed the home page for my default browser (firefox) does anyone have the link to the "official" home page for firefox, you know the one with google and the firefox icon all merged beutifully together?

What I really meant to ask was:

how do you CHANGE the home page to the default in firefox?

btw, I figured it out with some light googleing:

it was something like tools--->options---->main---->check restore to default

Is it legit?bearshare-not the "most" legit, but certainly not unheard OFSO your Homepage is now bearshare or you are unable to change it to what you want ? ?

When I installed bearshare, it changed the homepage of my default browser (firefox) to a bearshare webpage.

soon after I noticed this, I followed the procedure given to me by Patio. when I selected "restore to default" my homepage was instantly reset to the default, and has been the firefox default homepage ever since, problem solved.Good to hear you are fixed up...
