I can ping my gateway but can't ping yahoo.com, microsoft.com or google.com. How can I fix this problem?
I am using Kali Linux.
ping microsoft.com
PING microsoft.com (23.100.122.175) 56(84) bytes of data.

And:

ping google.com

But does it work when using Windows?
Does the router indicate you have an Internet connection?
Have you called your local PROVIDER?
What make and model of gateway do you have?

Yes when I am in windows 10 OS it all WORKS.
yes I called my ISP . they said they can't support me on this answer.

I think your internet service provider should resolve this issue because its seems like your internet is not working.
