I used "can I run it" and it says that my computer wasn't good enough but my specs are enough please check the links with foto's and explain

Intel chipsets are worthless for GAMING. They just don't have the POWER that ATI/AMD and nVidia cards have. Not even close. Most 3D games won't play well (or at all) on an Intel chipset.

Microsoft has a whole list of cards that AoE3 won't run on, which includes 13 Intel chipsets. See if yours is in that list:

you can buy cheapest for your laptop but i think it will not suitable for you and also not give you good serve. so its only depends on you and your model. but i think you need not to buy new pc.
