Here is the message I sent to Kookeys about the problems I'm having and then I'll put what they SAY to do. My Message to them: questions: 1. I am having a terrible time with my account not working right again. I'm not sure if it's due to the hacking that keeps happening with mine and my mom's computers. Also, have had a repairman working on the computer too and he messed a bunch of things up too with the computer. 2. I can't get into alot of my accounts since he worked on it and I don't know why. I'm not a computer tech, so I don't know what if he could have erased something needed to get into my accounts. 3. When I get to the page to login, it does kind of let me in but then SHOWS a plain dark blue to blackish screen and nothing else. It TAKES me to this address

It sounds like you may have some type of parental control/firewall up that is preventing you from accessing the site. Please lower your parental control/firewall so you are able to register your Koo.
