Answer» p.c gone really, really slow when online. Running windows xp with avg/spybot/zone alarm fw. Task manager shows 100%usage. I've noticed that iexplore.exe is listed twice.

i.explore.exe cpu=00 mem usage= 32,960k
Is this any cause for concern?MAKE CERTAIN the scanners are properly configured.
No point in using a firewall if you let everything through.
