Solve : I get this error from a web page?

I had no problem visiting the forums of a webpage i view (Link Below) but since last night i GET this ERROR messege. Does anyone know how to FIX this??

Ikonboard has exited with the following error:

Can't query the data from 'topic_views' Reason: Can't open file: 'topic_views.MYD'. (errno: 145) Query: SELECT

This error was reported at: Sources/iDatabase/Driver/mySQL.pm line 269.

I also get this message when trying to look at a post on this FORUM error below

So are you saying this has nothing to do with my computer, does it mean the forums i visit are down.  Yes, it is an error with those forums.
