ok so i just got back to college and set up my comp to GET on the schools network it made me update my windows xp to sp3 and everything works fine i can go to every site but the one i LIKE to check out the most it always gives me this message no matter what browser IM using

I can run it through a proxy site which is weird because its not like my college would block this site (they DONT block anything)Could be either your firewall or network connection (college) is BLOCKING the connection to that site.What's the link, so we can check? What browser, version?
