I had to attach it because it said,

[attachment deleted by admin]While I'm checking those LOGS...

Download Process Explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.here...

[attachment deleted by admin]You gave me OTL.txt log twice.
The second one is named Extras.txt, but contain very same info as OTL.txt
Extras.txt should start with something similar to:

Quote

OTL Extras logfile created on: 9/6/2009 5:46:47 PM - Run 1
OTL by OldTimer - Version 3.0.10.7 Folder = C:\Program Files\OTListIt2
Windows Vista Home Premium Edition Service Pack 2 (Version = 6.0.6002) - Type = NTWorkstation
Internet Explorer (Version = 8.0.6001.18813)
Locale: 00000409 | Country: United States | Language: ENU | Date Format: M/d/yyyy

Process Explorer log looks fine.

I believe, your main issue is this:

Quote
447.48 Mb Total Physical Memory | 72.40 Mb Available Physical Memory | 16.18% Memory free

Your computer may have not enough RAM to render Flash files.

There are some other issues (?)...
I can see, you have Eusing Free Registry Cleaner installed. Using registry cleaners is absolutely not recommended. They won't give you any gains, but they can easily bring serious issues (maybe, they did already).
Uninstall AskBarDis.
I don't know, what SpeedBit Video Accelerator does, but it may be bringing more weight to you overloaded computer.
I'd also uninstall ZoneAlarm, which is rather heavy program for your amount of RAM. Besides, I'm not a big fan of ZA, which is likely to cause some problems. I'd stay with Windows firewall.
If you want to uninstall ZA completely, use this: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/cpes_clean.exe

Don't forget about sfc.I don't think I can do the sfc thing because I don't have the XP disc.
I ran the OTL scan several times exactly as you instructed, but only got the OTL.txt.Quote

That's fine.

Run sfc anyway. This way, we'll find out, if it'll stop at some point, and ask you for CD. If so, we'll know, you have some system files missing/corrupted.Good MORNING all.

Make sure your web accelerator is turned off, check your speed at the link below.

Can you give us an address you're having a problem with?Download speed 6.13
Upload speed 0.75

The website that I'm having problems with?
Well, if that's what you were talking about, there are more than one, but mostly certain videos on youtube.comI'd like to have your speed.
All I can think of is to suggest you disable and/or remove any software that claims to speed up your internet.
I've found this 'speed' comes at a price and the price is either downgraded or non-existant pictures.
Perhaps you could temporarily disable anything suspect in msconfig.
Start>Run>msconfig and check out the startup tab on the right hand side.
You will have to reboot for the changes to take effect, ignore the little warning screen after reboot.I'm actually paying for faster speed than I'm getting.
I was told that if your computer doesn't have a lot of memory that the Internet can't go as fast.
I removed the speed thing.
I only downloaded it because I thought it would fix the problem.
I have gone into msconfig and disabled things there.
My computer just turned four years old a few days ago, so do you think age may be a factor?Your computer is fine and your memory won't effect your internet speeds.
I could easily be off on a wild goose chase here but it won't hurt to try a couple of more things.

1) Ping utube and paste the results in here.

Start>Run> Type 'cmd' without the commas & push <Enter>

At the prompt type ping www.utube.com and push Enter

Highlight the text with your LEFT mouse button then right click to copy, then paste the RESULT in here.

Below is my somewhat slow result.
