Answer» I NEED HELP PLEASE!!! I OPEN IE6 THEN SEARCH FOR A SITE, THEN CLICK THE LINK IT REDIRECTS ME TO SOME OTHER SITE OR JUST GIVE'S ME A BLANK PAGE. I RAN A FREEWARE PROGRAM AND IT TOLD ME THERE WAS PROBLEMS WITH MY REGISTRY (REGISTRY INTEGRITY, ACTIVE X /COM, SHARED DLLS, APPLICATION PATHS,WINDOW'S STARTUP ITEM, FILE PATH REFERENCES, PROGRAM SHORTCUTS, EMPTY REGISTRY KEYS) I HAVE TRIED QUITE OF THOSE FREE ONE'S AND NOTHING WORKS. KEEPS DOING THE SAME THING AND EVEN RUNNING SLOWER, ALSO IT WONT LET ME DOWNLOAD THE CLEANER FROM MICROSOFT WEBSITE. I HAVE DELETED COOKIES AND CLEARED HISTORY AND DELETED FILES. SOMEBODY HELP ME.. ANY INFO WOULD BE OF GREAT APPERCIATION. THANKSTry scanning for spyware and viruses. Then if the problem persists, I recommend reinstalling Internet Explorer.I HAVE ALREADY DONE ALL THAT AND STILL NOTHING...How about trying Firefox instead of IE? I had many registry ERRORS that nearly destroyed my computer and CCleaner cleaned it all up
