Solve : IE 7 with Vista refuses to refresh pages!?

1.	Solve : IE 7 with Vista refuses to refresh pages!?
Answer» IE 7 on Vista absolutely refuses to reload NEW versions of web pages, or updates to web pages. It's LIKE they are COMPLETELY stuck in the cache. Clearning all history and cache does not even help. Updates to pages are STILL not shown. Can SOMEONE please tell me how to rectify this problem?
