Answer» I just downloaded IE8, & when I click on a link, when it OPENS, it covers the TOOLBAR! How can I eliminate this? Thanks! CarolCan you explain your question a BIT more? What toolbar do you MEAN? Does this happen with all links you click on? What operating system are you using?
