Answer» IE 8 is loading and surfing the internet way to slow. Just went thru with SuperDave in cleaning out this computer. I have defragged. Did SuperDave give you a clean bill of health ? ?Was it always this way or is this a recent development? Just for testing purposes have you tried a DIFFERENT browser (Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc)?SuperDave did not give me a clean bill of health, just asked how everything was. I had relevant knowledge I could not get rid of, so far seems we did, YES, IE has been slow for sometime. I will try Firefox again. Can't remember why i took it out. During that process of working with SupreDave, did you clear the browser history in all browsers? lol, but that's not necessary at all. you can run any browser without clearing the cookies.
