No scan is done correctly unless you boot into safe mode (F8 when the computer starts, before the WIndows logo). If you do this without System Restore turned off, there is a chanvce that you can just reinfrect yourself. Both are fully updated. One last QUESTION before I do this stuff. Do I do everything in safe mode or just the virus scan? Sorry if that sounds like a dumb question.
