Solve : IE error message--application error?

Answer»

When I close my IE browser, it gives me a box with this message: " Iexplorer.exe--application error. The instruction at 0x6600accc referenced memory at 0x6600accc. The memory could not be read." I can close the box or click the button at the bottom and IE CLOSES normally. It opens normally. I just get this annoying boxed message. Translation, please? How do I fix/get rid of it? I'm running windows XP with all the SERVICE packs, updates, etc. as of last week. I have IE6 running. I don't get the message with firefox or att/yahoo--who, BTW is my ISP. I have a dsl line don't remember the speed offhand but can look it up if NEED be. Thanks for your HELP in advance.
sv7Try updating to IE7...Thank you. I've updated and that seems to have resolved whatever issues were prompting the MESSAGES. Appreciate the help.
Regards.
