Solve : IE/Firefox won't connect, BT browser will??

When I open IE or FIREFOX, I get the 'this PAGE cannot be displayed' error.
However, my BT browser will connect and works fine.

Perhaps some additional info would hep us help you ........ for example:

What OPERATING system are you using ?
Do you have a current updated Anti-Virus app running?
When did this start ?
Are you able to send and receive Email ?
Do you have Firefox SET as your default browser ?
