Solve : IE opening at computer start up?

1.	Solve : IE opening at computer start up?
Answer» Everytime I start up or REBOOT my computer. Internet Explorer opens. I have a dial up modem so it is not an active internet connection at start up. I have IE version 6.0 and Windows 98. I have checked my windows start up FOLDER and there is nothing there for IE. HELP!Click Start, RUN, type msconfig, click the system start tab and SEE if Internet Explorer is checkedTHANK YOU!!!!!
