Solve : IE & won't display in full page & stay each session?

Just GOT a new computer intel dual core, XP Pro. When viewing a web PAGE, I am having a problem getting the page to display in full. I have tried to ADJUST the page by dragging it to the SIZE I want, but it will not stay that size when I start IE the next time.Welcome aboard
