Answer» I'm on a closed network and often need to access a networked kvm switch (Raritan) via IE7. Problem is, every time I enter in the IP ADDRESS of the switch, IE7 tells me there's a problem with the WEBSITE's security CERTIFICATE. I really don't care if IE7 checks for certificates or any other security thing because I'm on a closed network, but I can't figure out how to turn off the checking. Does anyone know how to do this?try this:- in IE7 select tools/ then INTERNET options/ then security/ then custom level and go down the list until you see " Don't prompt for clients certificate selection when no certificate is available" move the dot from disable into the enable Changed the option and STILL getting the same message.Try contacting the hardware vendor for an updated certificate.
