Solve : IE7 - Close all tab box "pop-up"?

Answer» Problem 1:

When surfing the net sometimes, the "Do you want to close all tabs?" box just pops up sometimes, and will not go away until I click "close".

It has happened while accessing various websites.

Also, yesterday, I tried accessing the Netflix website by typing the address in the address bar, but when I clicked to go, IE7 automatically closed. I tried accessing the website through a link on a search page, and the site came up, but IE7 closed when I clicked "Member Login."

Problem 2:

I like to use tabs when surfing, instead of the back button. When surfing sometimes, my "right click" option stops working. If I don't close a few tabs, the links stop working also. I mean it acts as if I'm low on memory, but I've checked the resources and that is not the case.

I have run a full system scan through Norton and Microsoft Live and no items were found. I have also tried Windows Updates. And I'm not sure if it's RELATED, but yesterday the font on my PC changed to italics, and I can't change it back. I've tried in the display properties, but the italics button is "grayed out."

I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions you guys could provide.Just wanted to "bump" this up, as I'm still looking for some help.

I also thought of something else with my IE7. I cannot access excite.com at all. If I type it into the address bar and click go, nothing happens. If I try to click a link from a search page (any excite.com domain link), nothing happens.

I checked my restricted SITES to make sure that it didn't ACCIDENTALLY get listed there, and it's not.

Any ideas?Will Firefox WORK OK?
