Answer» I just installed IE7 and it runs very slow like it is lagged.
Example if I scroll down using the scroll on the mouse the page will scroll down, stop, scroll down stop, etc...
Any suggestions?

In the mean time you can post full system specifications for your COMPUTER or provide us with the brand name and model number.
Furthermore, is your windows fully updated?
And do you have up to date graphics card drivers installed?
Besides the fact that IE SUCKS royally, you should take a look in the task manager and SEE what is causing the PROBLEM. Hold down CTRL + ALT + DEL to access the task manager. What is using the most memory and CPU? If System Idle Process is using the most CPU, DO NOT TERMINATE IT.
