Solve : IE7 won't display mpeg movies?

Hello,
If I TRY to click on a link that is a URL for an mpg MOVIE, IE7 will download the url (I guess) but then will just DISPLAY a blank page, and will not show the mpeg. Has anyone seen this? What should I do?
