Solve : IE8 -how to turn off inprivate browsing permently???

I OPENED Pandora's BOX and NEED to disable Inprivate Browsing with a password or some very technical WAY so it can't be unlocked by "kiddies".

I've been doing quite a lot of searching, but nothing yet.

Why not STICK with IE7 in the mean time if you really want to disable this feature?
