Solve : IE8 Stalls?

I am running IE8, with Windows 7 Ultimate. Lately if I click to submit anything on a web page, everything stalls.
While this is occurring, if I go to Outlook and do a Send/Receive, that will UNLOCK IE8. Strange. Anyone having LIKE
problems? CLOSE IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?Try repairing your network CONNECTION.

Start -> Control panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Network Connections -> Network Connections -> "Connection Type" -> Right click on that connection, and press Repair.Thanks!!!!What happened?Rebooted a couple times. Okay for now. Thanks.OK
