Solve : IE9 tabs?

For some reason I've lost the tabs page in IE9. This started about a week ago. When I click the NEW Tab button it just PULLS up my HOME page. What am I missing? Any IDEAS?
Go to Tools - Internet Options - click Tabs - there's a dropdown box for which page to show when you open a new tab.Thanks, that what I was missing.No problem, glad to help
