Check IE>Tools>INTERNET Options>Advanced>Multimedia>Smart Image Dithering...Tick it. Edit: POST OVERLAP DL Hi, for your information, I fixed it and I think it had noting to with an accelerator, I opened the registery editor and I changed this: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\ UseHR and changed the value to 0. and It fixed it.
