Answer» i am using ie7 and windows defender shows it needs an update. When i went to the microsoft download site, I am not able to get past the validation. It should have the bar COME down with an active X control, but it dosent appear. when I try the alternate method GIVEN, it shows a page cannot be displayed message. What am I doing wrong? I also tried it in FIREFOX, but it still dosent work. (I think I might have found the solution-I have comcast and there seems comcast and microsoft servers have problems. I might have to WAIT until this is fixed-any advice is still appreciated)You need to enable Active X (shudder) in IE7I have, and it still will not work.
