pretty much all i know withought installing everest

thx in advance:
~Simitrasome distros have the install online option where you can boot with a floppy or usb drive and connect to the distro WEBSITE and install from there. not sure if ubuntu does it, but opensuse does.Have you got any O/S on this MACHINE?

Are you looking to compile a copy of it from the source code, and then install it?SID,

i do have an os on the machine... h**l im using it. and i wish to take the iso and unpack it to, lets say desktop. i then wish to take those folders/files and make a installer that i can open/use in windows XP. i have already unzipped it and have the partitions, i just need it operational.

EDIT: oh yes my *.iso is of knoppixoh yes how do i create a floppy that i can load in my pc that will boot the iso on my desktop... ive been looking around and it can be done just the question is HOWQuote from: liambiscuit on December 28, 2007, 09:13:25 PM
