Also check grammar and punctuation to help us understand you, and be sure the RAM is secure.
Sometimes is helps to unplug everything and plug it back in. That way you can be very sure it's all plugged in right.
It also doesn't seem like this is really a linux question, but a hardware question. You may find better help in the hardware SECTION on the forum. Be sure the disc that you are using to install your OS was burned properly. When burning, make sure you use the slowest speed possible to minimize error. Booting from CD is enabled, right?

I know you SAID that you checked "everything", but it only takes a minute to double check that.

Thank you all for your input on the subject i will try everything that you suggest.I will double check the cmos and take everthing out and start over and i will go to hard ware section. Again thank youQuote from: SilentAssasin64 on December 04, 2007, 08:20:34 AM

This was my original problem with installing UBUNTU, a bad burn. It does happen!!!the first time i burned KUBUNTU it said it couldnt load vmlinuz because the file was chipped off a few megabytes. it wasnt a bad burn i did it on 2x it was a bad DOWNLOAD... my wireless is buggy and old... so i downloaded UBUNTU through a wire and it worked perfectly.
