Her Internet EXPLORER does not work. She says when she clicks it, it pops up and then dissappears immediately.
Here, actually I'll copy and paste what she wrote to me:
"I have a Fujitsu LifeBook S6000 and the windows version that I have is Windows XP. My computer's been processing information slowly, PARTICULARLY online. When I tried to fix the problem through driveragent.com I got a list of all the drives that needed to be updated and when I clicked on just one icon to update it, a window opened up and was working fine. Then, about two minutes LATER the internet explorer windows closed completely. Since then, internet explorer has opened up only to CLOSE itself yet again. I tried scanning my computer with the norton antivirus but it closed on me too during it's scan.
