Answer» I was on line sending a tech SUPPORT message when nere the end of the send an error box POP on to the screen saying Error 6 only that stopped the send. when you clicked the ok it took me back to the tech support PAGE with no sign it was sent. :-?More details needed to get a relevant answer.Did you try it again? Get the same result? Are you SUPPOSED to get an email reply? Did you get one?And now he has been abducted by aliens. We will never KNOW the answer.
