Answer» The last week I've been UNABLE to open Internet Explorer, the page starts to load then a BOX pops up 'Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available'. Chrome, Firefox and AVANT browsers all work fine. I've tried System Restore 3 times but that keeps telling me that it could not ACCESS a file, an unspecified error occured during system restore. I've tried system restore through Safe Mode but that says 'some files are missing - your Windows installation or recovery media will provide these files' but I havnt got an installation disc. Don't know what to try next.See Here...Can't click on tools ETC. as its all greyed outWhere do the instructions say clik on "Tools" ? ?
