Answer» Hi All. My computer suddenly STOPPED connecting to the internet. I have a strong wireless signal and my AOL IM works but whenever I open Mozilla or Internet Explorer I get an error message (basically as if I wasn't connected to the internet). I do not have an anti-virus software installed (I've read that this has been an issue for many people). Also, I am using Windows 2K. I am really confused as to what is going on and how to fix this problem. I had my roommate try to use the same CONNECTION and she had no problem so it for sure is my computer and NOT the router/internet connection. I appreciate any help you have to offer as I am desperate! What exactly is the error message?It is the error message that you usually get when you aren't connected to the internet but you try to reach a webpage.
