Answer» Great site. I did a search through the forums and found some other script problems, but I'm not sure if they're all having the same problems that I am having.
I have a repeating box that comes up about every few minutes, whether I am using internet explorer or not. It occurs anytime I am on the internet. Here are the DETAILS:
Internet Explorer Script Error
:exclamation An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 11 Char: 1 Error: Object expected Code: 0 URL: file://C:\Documents and Settings\Billy Westom\Local Settings\Temp\NDr681.tmp.html
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
(yes or no)
I went to this folder and deleted everything but these pages continue to regenerate. The number in the URL of the file is always different.
I would appreciate ANY HELP I can get. The customer service of Compaq is no use. Thank you. This might help: How to Troubleshoot Script Errors in Internet Explorer.Download, install & update...
