Answer» I don't know what the problem is. I just started Internet Explorer as usual and it keeps saying that this is unavailable, but I know that it can't be my connection because AIM and Mozilla Firefox - which I'm, using right now - is working. I don't know where to check for the problem and *censored* Micro$oft wants me to pay them $35.00 for asking them a simple question. What should I do about this problem?I'm assuming that the opening homepage is unavailable. http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.htmlNo, nothing is working on it, but on my sister's computer, it worksIs your computer clean?

I run my antivirus every night- Micro$oft anti spyware beta and Ad-Aware Personal
This just started when I opened up my computer when I came back from school.
Whenever my computer boots up, I press F12, and it shows me this list. I don't know what to pick for safe mode to run. I have XP.
Quote Micro$oft anti spyware beta and Ad-Aware Personal
Are not antivirus programs.
