Answer» For the last few days when I click on the Internet Explorer icon the browser won't open at all. TODAY I've managed eventually to open it twice but as its loading a box pops up saying Internet Explorer has a problem and needs to close and it SHUTS down. Chrome browser opens ok. I'm going to try your first suggestion but I think trying to find System Restore on Windows 8 is like trying to find a needle in a haystack but I'll try that first. If I follow your 2ND suggestion and uninstall Internet Explorer, where do I have to go to find it to reinstall it again.
