We have Comcast and we use to be able to get online easily. Then something happened where we had to restart the computer to how it was when we bought it. Now i cant get on the internet.
I have an older computer. I think it has window 98. I dont think it RECOGNISES any internet that isnt dial up. They should have given you all the documentation and manuals that you need to set up your connection.
