Solve : Internet Explorer wont open? |

Answer» When I log onto the internet through Tiscali on my laptop, it should AUTOMATICALLY open Internet Explorer so that i can start surfing the web. Instead i GET an error saying 'Cannot Open Browser' or 'You do not have the right permissions'. This is driving me insane. any ideas?Did this ever work CORRECTLY? If so, what has changed and when? Are you free of any malware? WHat do you use for protection? What OS? What version of IE? |
