I run win7 acer aspire m1201

when i try to press on the download button doesn't work , and it says in the bottom javascript:coredownloadandruncm():
i don't know why its not working from my computer , in the mean time when i TRIED that from the work PC it worked !!
2) https://www.google.com/voice/#webcall
when i try to press on add widget the same happens !! nothing!!
and IE gave me this error message :
