Just for the record - what is aoc?
I take it this is a shop bought computer? Have you thought of building your own and buying all the components for it? Just a thought.
I personally don't like McAfee, we use it at work and I don't really trust it. It seems a lot of new computers come with it preloaded for 60 days free trial. I recently bought a new laptop and it had McAfee on it. I changed to Avast which has done a great JOB so far, and when my licence key on my desktop runs out I will upgrade to Nod32 which is awesome.
I take it your primary use for your computer is GAMING?Quote from: Razor on January 18, 2009, 11:49:29 PM It looks pretty good, and covers most of the specs required. I'm not sure about whether it would cover this requirement: Enhanced for: DirectX 10, 64-bit processors, multi-core.
yep. Processors 64-bit, quad core, and the video supports DX10 too.
I believe AOC is "age of Conan".
I doubt it means "Age of conquerors"- that game wouldn't require that much horsepower yes it is age of conan and i would use it mostly for gaming and a little school work. but do u think this computer would be able to play most games well and is the computer a good deal. i would not no how to build a computer. my internet provider has SecurityCenter with anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewallSecurity Software McAfee SecurityCenter with anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall, 30-Days
i dont like mcaffeI would shay this pc should be able to handle most games on med to high settings it looks like if its primary use is gaming, your set, AoC is a fun game as well, try getting malwarebytes for security, just a suggestion, i use it and it works well.
