Answer» They cover up 70% of the SCREEN and also say "about blank" right below it. The screen is blank. I thought it might have SOMETHING to do with my pop up blocker and disabled it but it didn't help. It doesn't do it all the time but more than enough to be aggravating.It looks to me, like your browser has been hijacked.
