Solve : kicked off to my desktop?

Answer»

Recently, I tried to GET onto my credit union's site to pay some bills and after hitting enter to GO into the site, I got kicked off the internet and back to my desktop. I can get on to the credit union from other computers and my credit union SAID my account is fine (I'm not locked out). After this happened I TOOK my tower to Staples and they did a tune up and virus, spyware and ad ware removal but they couldn't figure out why this is happening. I need this fixed ASAP.Windows version, browser version, please.Sorry, first time on this site. Windows XP but not sure what you mean by browser version....I use Internet Explorer...IE 6, or 7?How do I find this out? Help>About Internet ExplorerIE7Go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, click on "Reset" button.
Restart computer, and try again. You're a genius! It worked, thanks. Why did this happen all of a sudden? Most likely, one of your add-ons. They were not deleted, just disabled by using Reset button. If you need them, try to enable them one-by-one, restarting IE every time, and checking with your credit union site, if it works.
I may be pop-up blocker, or some toolbar, like Google.
