Solve : Linux to Windows porting - Need help on tools?

Hi,

I am planning to port my application from Linux to WINDOWS. My application use some profiling tools and Linux SPECIFIC tools like

1) gcov
2) Valgrind
3) xterm etc

Is there an alternative for these in Windows?
Can gcov be USED in CASE I use MinGW tool chain for compilation in windows?
