Solve : Low framerate in Dirt 3? |
|
Answer» Hello! Windowed mode is even worse (20FPS). I'll reinstall and see what happens....I may seemed rude (like "Thanks for giving me an advice that is even worse!"). I'm really sorry, it was not my intention. I meant "Thanks for trying to help me "Yeah no problems man haha. That was just a couple of ideas but it could just be a demanding game. If you open up task MANAGER and go to performance while running the game in windowed mode or something you may be able to see what is bottlenecking there. Although, 40FPS isn't all that BAD sorry that's all I got though :/You certainly meet the recommended requirements for the game. try downloading http://www.razerzone.com/gb-en/cortex Razer Cortex is a free piece of SOFTWARE that can help you boost game performance by turning off some background functions whilst in game that can cause frame drops. It's completely safe and clean as it's from the Hardware manufacturer 'Razer'. I use it and have never experienced any problems. That sounds useful! I'll have to keep that in mind too So weird. It's even worse with Cortex I'm now getting 7fps at the green LIGHT (before the light turns green and in menu I get 60fps). Without Cortex it's still 40fps after the light turns green. What's wrong with this game?Quote from: ajb522 on December 20, 2014, 05:25:06 PM If you open up task manager and go to performance while running the game in windowed mode or something you may be able to see what is bottlenecking there. What in the task manager shows me that there is a bottleneck? I can see that Dirt 3 is using ~30 processor, ~85 threads and ~870 000k of RAM |
