Solve : Maximizing Internet Explorer Windows? |
|
Answer» Why out of the clear blue sky does my Internet Explorer open all windows where I have to maximize them? After I maximize a window and then change to ANOTHER window. I have to do it again. This started all by it self.
Follow the instructions.... dw7847, Please try this: 1. Right click the shortcut icon for IE next to the Start button, choose Properties, and from the Shortcut tab, change Run: from 'normal' to 'maximized'. 2. Now open it. 3. Now right click any link on the page, choose Open In New Window....don't maximize it....instead, use the mouse to RESIZE it to what you want it to be. 4. Now close the FIRST window you opened, and then close the new one you just resized. 5. Reopen IE from the shortcut icon again, and all windows from now on will be the size you chose and created. Thanks, works greatYou're welcome... |
