| Answer» I recently sorted out one of my gaming problems through the excellent help I got on this forum but now I am struggling to get Medal of Honor Demo to load after a download from Fileshack.
When attempting to install I get a window saying that:-

PSAP1.DLL file is linked to missing export ntdll.dll:
NTALLOCATEVIRTUALMEMORY a device attached to the system is not functioning

I am running windows 98se and a geforce mx440 video card with DX9 installed. Can anyone help please?

It looks like a PROBLEM with Virtual memory... How much RAM do you have?

[glb]Flame[/glb]512mbIs this demo supported by Windows 98?I have Windows 98SE

 RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION

= Windows XP or Windows 2000
= 2.0+ GHz Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon processor
 = 512 MB RAM
= 3D video card with 128+ MB video memory which fully supports
 DirectX 9.0
= At least 1GB FREE space on your hard drive

On the site it sais WIN98 & XP - is there a way to get it running?512MB RAM is not the amount of virtual memory you have. It is the amount of PHYSICAL RAM that you have.

In Windows 98, the virtual memory is rather well hidden. It is controlled by Windows.

Have you got the latest security updates?

If I were you, I would consult EA games technical support. They have an outstanding database of problems and fixes.Ok Raptor I will do that

ThanksYou MAY need to register, but it will prove useful in the future should you buy more EA games.

Also try E-mailing technical support. A reply should be with you on Monday or tuesday.Have you searched the game developer's website for a patch that wil allow the game to work with 98 SE?
