Answer» I get the FOLLOWING message everytime I try to click on a link in my email(Microsoft Outlook) -"Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your SYSTEM administrator". This is my HOME computer, and I should be the administrator. Does ANYONE have any ideas?What is the link that you're clicking on?It does not matter. GIVES me the cancelled message to all the sites I try to visit from my email, I mean ALL. When I am not in Outlook, I can go where ever I want to go on the internet.
