Answer» On my laptop which has Windows 10, Microsoft Edge will not open at all. Can someone TELL me what to do please? JudyFriend of mine had same issue. He used a restore point to get edge to work again. Somehow it got corrupted. On another friends system where edge stopped working Firefox was placed onto a thumb drive and INSTALLED as a browser replacement in which they then were able to download malwarebytes and remove infection that killed edge. So these are 2 methods. 3rd method would be get all your data off of the computer and then perform CLEAN install from recovery media.Thanks DAVE. Malwarebytes and rebooting helped me re-establish Microsoft Edge. Don't know why I didn't think of it myself!
