I m in the PROCESS to migrate my server from Plesk 7.5 to Plesk 8.1, i
have took all the sites but i m not able to migrate MySQL database,
below are more details:
1. MySQL old Version 3.23.58
2. MySQL new Version 5.1
3. I had tried mysqldump but when importing the database on new server
it's giving me an ERROR for tables structure.
4. I have copied mysql database on new server ALONG with some other
DATABASES
5. i can see the list and browse new databases in shell prompt but not
able to access it on control panel.
6. My Privileges tables is not updated, for a trial i have changed
mysql database with older one but privileges table YET not updated.
Any suggestion.

From #5, it sounds like you don't have mysql set up correctly.
Verify that you can access mysql from outside sources. Check your mysql settings and the settings on your control panel...
What control panel are you using? How did you set up mysql?
